本作は、同じ時間軸を3つの視点から描くクライムエンタテインメント。IT企業の警備員として働く高島誠人は、父が残した多額の借金を知らぬ間に相続し返済に追われていた。恋人へのプロポーズを控えた誠人は、知人の桝井から「勤め先の機密データを持ち出せば100万円を払う」という依頼を受けることに。しかし、そのデータが超高精度の“AI株価予想プログラム”だと気付き、報酬の増額を要求。これに激怒した桝井は誠人の妹を誘拐し、データとの交換を迫る。誠人が妹を助けるため指定場所へ向かうと、そこには桝井の遺体が転がっていた。物語は誠人がデータを持ち出す前に遡ると、データをめぐり交錯するさまざまな思惑や、誠人を取り巻く人物たちの本性が明らかになっていく。
